Meritage Homes will offer new homebuyers their Americana Collection of new home designs. The Americana Collection showcases functional floorplans with a host of included features like walk-in showers, covered patios, and designer-curated interior packages.

Homes will be priced from the high $300,000s and will range in size from 1,240 square feet to 2,204 square feet. Floorplans will provide three to four bedrooms, two-and-half bathroom options, and two-car garages.
